MWW Rules

To insure the safety and enjoyment of everyone's adventure through "The Midway Wicked Woods", we have certain rules that must be followed by each person entering our attraction.

• No food or drink is allowed on the ride to the entrance of the trail. All concessions must be finished before boarding the trailer to the entrance of the attraction.
• No smoking on the ride to the entrance or while on the trail. Our attraction is in a wooded area and dry leaves are all around.
• No weapons allowed. A metal detector will be used on each person entering our attraction before boarding the ride to the entrance so leave all pocket knives, cigarette lighters, electronic or vape cigarettes, in your vehicle. They will be taken away before boarding our wagon.
• Do not touch our actors, props or any part of our attraction. Doing so is cause for you to be removed without a refund. While our actors may get into your personal space and be very close to you, they will not reach out and grab you.
• Please stay with the group you entered the attraction with. If you join up with others and end up a large group your scare factor will go down.
• No profanity please!!! Midway Wicked Woods is a attraction attended by many families. So profanity is not welcome or tolerated. You can be removed if you continue with profanity.
• No purses, bags, back packs or blankets allowed. This is a walk in the woods, not just a ride on the wagon.
• This is a outdoor walk in the woods, please wear appropriate shoes. Flip flops and high heels are not suggested.
• You will not be allowed to enter if you are in a costume, have a face mask, or bring a prop.
• Sorry but walkers, wheelchairs and canes are not permitted. You will be walking outside in the woods, among leaves and other outdoor elements, etc.

Therefore, neither "The Midway Wicked Woods" nor it's affiliates assume ANY liability for injuries sustained during the attraction or while on its premises.

Midway Wicked Woods IS NOT recommended for children under 10 years of age.

Parents our trail is designed for adults, it is not recommended for children 10 or younger. If you bring your children, of any age and they decide not to enter the first building, not to get off the trailer ride, or want out half way through please be aware that we give NO REFUNDS. Please decide wisely to bring your children, only you know their scare level.
