A. We started the trail as a weekend activity for the campers that were staying with us at our campground on Halloween weekend. Halloween weekend became so busy that we added a second Halloween weekend and then it grew to a third weekend. As the popularity grew among our campers we decided to open the trail to the public. We are now open every weekend in October. The trail has been a big success with approximately 45 actors working in the past years for 15 nights. Remember, Wicked Willie is out there Waiting and Watching For YOU!

A. NO! Alcoholic beverages are not allowed to be brought  in with you, and we do not serve any! Having consumed alcohol and being startled by a scare in the dark usually do not mix with good results. Q. Can children come with me into the Wicked Woods?
A. Yes! Your children of proper age are welcome to come with you. We recommend children be 10yr or older to go on the trail, but it is your choice. Some children find parts of the trail extremely scary, if you choose to bring them please be aware of this. Children 12 yr and younger will not be allowed on the trail with out a parent with them. You know your child best, if they are unable to start or complete the trail understand our goal is to scare, and there are no refunds given to any age for being too scared to get off the wagon, enter or complete the Wicked Woods. Please know this attraction is designed for adults over 18, not young children.

Q. How long does it take to go through the Wicked Woods?
A. That will depend on the day of the week, weekend and the closeness to Halloween. Early in the month the lines are much less that the weekend of Halloween. It will depend also on your arrival time. If you are here early in the evening and there are no lines waiting ahead of you, it will probably take 30 minutes to 45 minutes. As the night progresses and the number of people attending increases plan on a hour or more. As Halloween gets closer, the lines will get longer so if time is important don’t wait until late in the night to come. Halloween weekend on Saturday night get here at between 7:00 and 8:00pm to avoid a long line.. You can avoid the lines by coming the first 3 weekends that we are open, come early in the month when we are less busy.

Q. Will the creatures/monsters touch me?
A. Our actors will not reach out and grab you. They may get into your personal space and very close to you, they may brush against you. Someone in your group may grab you as a result of their fear and need of your help to make it through the woods. If you are touched it will be by accident as the rooms are very dark and most people wear dark clothes which makes them hard to see in the dark.

Q. Will there be food available to buy?
A. Yes, there is a food stand where you can get hot and cold drinks, snacks, and hot food. You will need to finish the food and drink  before you board the wagon to the start of the trail.

Q. Is the trail the same as last year?
A. No. We have change most of the rooms every year. We do keep our most popular elements due to popular demand, with slight changes made to them.

Q. Will Wicked Woods be as good as last year?
A. Better! Each year we try to improve over the previous year. We have spent countless hours building new scenes to give you a good terrifying walk each year.
